Absolutely amazing place! The staff are extremely friendly and the owner was incredibly helpful when buying my fish. Did everything they said and now have a healthy pair of discus after only one week. Can’t rate these guys highly enough

A great pet shop on the Gold Coast! Friendly, caring and extremely helpful staff members who go out of their way to assist. I take my lab Rosie there, to give her a wash. She loves our visits and trusts the staff to clip her nails (after a bad experience at another local pet store) Often have really good weekly discounts on pet food and extras.

Went in to buy a fish and left with a legend named Barry 🐟 Massive shoutout to Blake who was actually on his lunch break but cut it short when he saw us come in. That level of customer service deserves serious recognition (and honestly, probably a pay rise). He was super helpful, answered all our questions, and helped us pick out Barry, who is now settling into his new home like the aquatic king he clearly believes he is. If Barry thrives, Blake is a hero. If Barry turns out to be a tiny water tyrant… we’ll still give Blake 5 stars. Great service, great advice, and a great experience. Thanks Blake!

Strongly recommend this establishment, the products, the knowledge and the staff. I recently bought an axilotil and can’t recommend the staff enough. From the Int risk phone call to see what colour axilotil they had in stock, to the eventual purpose the staff were great. Blake and Ethan helped with two water tests, advice, food the general advise. Further, they both played along and were so great with my 3 small children when we arrived the following day to collect the axilotil. I can only comment on aquarium related stuff, but they both were super in the know, lovely and fun. Go see Blake and Ethan for all your aquarium needs

absolutely love this Pet Centre! The staff are genuinely amazing – always kind, welcoming, and really knowledgeable. They take the time to give helpful advice and you can tell they truly care about animals. I actually come here with my dog not just to shop, but also for fun. It’s become more than just a place where I buy food – it’s an experience we both enjoy. The store consistently exceeds my expectations. We also regularly use the dog wash, and it’s always clean and well maintained. They provide towels and everything you need, which makes it so convenient. On top of that, they often have great prices and special deals, so being a member is definitely worth it. Highly recommend to every pet owner – it’s such a lovely place for both you and your dog! 🐶💛
